Using GreenO You trust us with your data. This policy describes data we collect, how we store and use your data, who may have access to them, your abilities regarding these data and legal grounds for such processing.

This policy applies to users of GreenO's services anywhere in the world, including users of GreenO apps, websites or other services.
“GreenO”, “we” or “us” is the business which owns this website (GreenoSoil AG), our App and our Service, depending on the context of the usage.

GreenoSoil AG (Controller of your data):
“Service(s)” refers to the services that we provide through our Site, including but not limited to our software and App;

  • phone number, firstname, lastname and password to provide you with secure access to Services and communicate with you regarding Service details (legal basis – to perform the agreement between you and us);

  • preferences and settings of your account (legal basis — our legitimate interest, namely the proper administration of our website); and

  • other information that You add to or create within Site and App (legal basis — your consent);

If you access our Service through our App we will be able to view personally identifiable information made available through your wireless device with your consent. To better provide you with our services we may ask You for additional personally identifiable information.

Please, note that personal data of the third parties may be on your device. You may provide App or Service with access to it or disclose it to us provided that such third parties gave their consent.

Device information

We also collect your Unique Device identification number to identify you and geolocation data to match Fields Reports (legal basis — to perform the agreement between you and us).

You may additionally provide App with access to media files stored on that device to add to Fields Reports (legal basis — your consent).

We may collect other non-identifying information from your device, such as your IP address, referring URL, browser, operating system, and Internet Service Provider to improve our Service, Site, App and your user`s experience (legal basis — our legitimate interest, namely monitoring and improving our Site, App and Services). Such data are collected for us by Google Analytics. The information gathered relating to our website is used to create reports about the use of our website. Who Controls Your Data

Controller of your data is GreenoSoil AG.

Controller collects, accesses, uses, and disseminates your data. We may delegate our authority to collect, access, use, and disseminate your information in order to provide you with high level of Services or based on your consent.

Please, note, that your data may be transferred within GreenoSoil AG outside of your state, province, country, the European Economic Area (EEA) and other governmental jurisdiction. Unfortunately, non-EEA countries may offer lower level of protection for your data as is available in the EEA, but we will take various measures and do our best to ensure that your data are treated securely.

In particular, all the personal information is being stored and processed on the hardware of Google Ireland Limited (Ireland), which is located in Belgium (within the EEA).

Our Security Measures

We take certain measures to enhance the security of our Site, App and Services. Particularly, we use technical and encryption protection provided by Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) and use encrypted connection with our Site and App.

However, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Site or App. Any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your data, we will use protection and security measures to try to prevent unauthorized access to your data and provide respective level of security and confidentiality.

Your Rights Regarding the Data

You can review and edit the personal information You have provided to us by logging into your account on the Site and editing your account.
In addition, we may, from time to time, retain residual information about you in our backup and/or database.

All collected data are ordinary stored for 24 months since [last use of our Service]. You may request deletion of your account or any of your data collected by us at any time through. If you terminate the Agreement between You and us according to the Terms and Conditions published on the Site, we may immediately delete any content that you have submitted to GreenO, including the personal data.

Following such request, we delete data that are not required to retain. We may retain your name, e-mail address, address to comply with accounting and tax regulations.

During the period of service usage and while your data are stored by us you can also ask us in any time to:

  • confirm whether we are collecting, processing and retaining your data

  • give You a copy of such data

  • provide You with any information about your data such as what data we have, what we use it for, who we share it with, whether we transfer it abroad specifically outside the EEA and how we protect it, how long we keep it for, what rights you have, how you can make a complaint or request, how and when we collect your data and whether we carry out any automated decision making or profiling.

We aim to respond to you within 1 (one) month since receiving your request. If it is particularly complicated or you have made several requests, we aim to respond within 3 (three) months.

If you are unhappy about how we are processing your data or how we have responded to a request or complaint, you have the right to make a complaint to the Commissioner for the Protection of Personal Data in Cyprus or your local supervisory authority (in EEA).

Third Parties Services

We may post links to third party websites on our Site or App. We have no control over information included in such links.
